"V1" used by airline pilots to indicate the readiness for take-off. V1 is the velocity at which stopping the aircraft is no longer an option. It can be said that V1 is the "commit to fly" speed. We as a net station hold the exact same concept. We're about bringing you a selection of hand-picked music to bring the all-year-round summer feeling to Australia and the world. We've reached V1 are about to lift off, are you with us?

John and Dan, brothers from Melbourne Australia with a passion for music cultivated a sound that was lacking locally. They formulated a new sound that sets V1 RADIO apart from the rest, no commercials, 100% House, Deep House, and Dance 24/7. Together they spend tireless hours each week to deliver the finest in music by local artists, to international DJs, and beyond.

Where is V1 RADIO from?V1 RADIO is run by two brothers from Melbourne Australia. As V1 is an internet based radio station, although based in Melbourne, can be heard from anywhere in the world!

I've submitted my music, what happens next?We appreciate the time you've taken to showcase your talent! We recieve a large number of submissions every day and somtimes it may take a little longer than usual for us to get back to you. If your music is suitable, the music team will get in touch with you after your application has been successfully reviewed to invite you to the next round. At this stage, V1 RADIO are no longer accepting new submissions until further notice.
